However, if you are unable to attend the dates of your experience, you can change them for a later date if you give notice of a minimum of 30 days - see below for more information on changing dates.

We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance to cover any medical expenses or travel fees should you require medical attention while at the Bali Time Chamber.

If you need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen issues related to COVID-19 or any other act of god, we offer complete flexibilities on dates, so you can move your experience to a later date. We can transfer any payments you’ve made to another date of your choice over the next 2 years.

If you have already paid for your experience, but need to change the dates, please get in contact as soon as possible through email at contact@balitimechamber.com or via              

- If you want to change the dates 30 days or more before your starting date - you have complete flexibility on changing your dates at no extra cost (but bear in mind it is subject to availability on your preferred new dates).

- If it is under 30 days until your starting date - a late rescheduling fee of 189€ will apply.
