Welcome to the Bali Time Chamber. By booking a stay, program, or experience at Bali Time Chamber (“BTC”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

All reservations at Bali Time Chamber must be made through our official booking channels.

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received or when a deposit has been received and the remaining balance is scheduled according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

Once a reservation is confirmed, the dates are reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for other guests.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

All prices are listed in the currency specified at the time of booking.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available through our booking platform.

Bali Time Chamber reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has not been paid according to the payment deadlines communicated at the time of booking.

All transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the guest.

All bookings at Bali Time Chamber are strictly non-refundable.

Due to the limited number of participants and the nature of the retreat experience, once a reservation is confirmed the dates are reserved exclusively for you and are no longer available to other participants.

For this reason, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
 • Change of plans
 • Travel delays or flight cancellations
 • Illness or injury
 • Personal emergencies
 • Visa or passport issues
 • Weather conditions
 • Dissatisfaction with the experience

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this strict non-refundable policy.

Although bookings are non-refundable, guests may request to reschedule their participation in the experience under the following conditions.

More than 30 days before the start date
Guests may change their reservation free of charge if the request is submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled start date, subject to availability.

Less than 30 days before the start date
Date changes requested less than 30 days before the experience begins may still be possible, but will incur a rescheduling fee, determined by Bali Time Chamber.

All rescheduled stays must take place within 12 months of the original booking date.

If the newly selected dates have a higher price than the original reservation, the participant must pay the difference in price.

Bali Time Chamber reserves the right to limit the number of date changes per reservation.

If a participant decides to leave Bali Time Chamber before the end of the scheduled experience for any reason, including personal reasons, illness, dissatisfaction, or emergencies:
 • The remaining nights will not be refunded.
 • The unused nights cannot be credited toward a future experience.

By booking your stay, you agree that any early departure results in the forfeiture of all remaining nights.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
 • Trip cancellations
 • Medical expenses
 • Travel disruptions
 • Personal injury
 • Lost luggage

Bali Time Chamber is not responsible for any financial losses related to travel issues or medical emergencies.

The Bali Time Chamber experience includes activities such as:
 • Strength training
 • Fitness sessions
 • Sauna
 • Cold exposure (ice baths)
 • Physical challenges and outdoor activities

Participation in these activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

By joining Bali Time Chamber, participants confirm that:
 • They are physically capable of participating in the activities
 • They have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe
 • They accept full responsibility for their health and wellbeing

Bali Time Chamber, its owners, staff, and partners cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications occurring during the experience.

Participants are encouraged to consult a medical professional before participating if they have any health concerns.

Bali Time Chamber is not responsible for:
 • Personal injuries
 • Loss or theft of personal belongings
 • Accidents occurring on the property
 • Damages caused by third parties
 • Travel disruptions or transportation issues

Participants assume full responsibility for their personal belongings and actions during the experience.

The Bali Time Chamber experience is designed to create a focused and respectful environment.

Participants must:
 • Respect other guests and staff
 • Follow the schedule and guidelines provided by the team
 • Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times

Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or disrespect toward other participants will not be tolerated.

Bali Time Chamber reserves the right to remove any participant from the experience without refund if these rules are violated.

Participants are responsible for any damage caused to:
 • Rooms
 • Furniture
 • Training equipment
 • Facilities
 • Shared spaces

Bali Time Chamber reserves the right to charge participants for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from damages.

Bali Time Chamber shall not be held liable for failure or delays in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
 • Natural disasters
 • Government regulations
 • Pandemics or travel restrictions
 • Power outages
 • Strikes
 • Civil unrest

In such cases, Bali Time Chamber may offer the possibility to reschedule the experience, but no refunds will be issued.

During the Bali Time Chamber experience, photos or videos may be taken for promotional or marketing purposes.

By participating in the experience, you grant permission for your image to be used in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing before the start of the program.

Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for operational purposes such as:
 • Reservation management
 • Guest communication
 • Service improvement

We will not sell or share personal data with third parties except when required by law.

By booking and participating in Bali Time Chamber, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the participant and Bali Time Chamber.
