However, if you are unable to attend the dates of your experience, you can change them for a later date if you give notice of a minimum of 30 days - see below for more information on changing dates.

If you have already checked in to the Bali Time Chamber and need to check out early for any reason, it is not possible to keep the remaining dates as credit for a future stay at the BTC, as we booked the dates for you and refused other guests at this time.  Upon booking you agree that if you decide to leave the experience early any remaining nights will be unrecoverable.

We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance to cover any medical expenses or travel fees should you require medical attention while at the Bali Time Chamber.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport has at least 6 months validity before traveling and that you have the correct visa to enter the country. 

If you have already paid for your experience, but need to change the dates, please get in contact as soon as possible through email at contact@balitimechamber.com.            

- If you want to change the dates 30 days or more before your starting date - you have complete flexibility on changing your dates at no extra cost (but bear in mind it is subject to availability on your preferred new dates).

- If it is under 30 days until your starting date - a late rescheduling fee of 189€ will apply.
